Destination Wedding Coordination in Portugal
For international couples who want to stay in control of their wedding — without carrying the weight of logistics alone.
The Portugal Wedding Coordination Package
You're past the big decisions. The venue is confirmed, the photographer is booked, and you've been managing every detail across time zones for months! What's left is someone to take it from here — the logistics, the final gaps, the coordination, and the day itself.
-
You're 3–4 months out from your Portugal wedding. Almost everything is planned, and you have your vision coming together. What you need now is a professional to take it from here — and be there when it counts.
-
Most coordinators in Portugal meet you the week of your wedding. I'm with you 2–3 months before you ever board the plane.
Before we get to Portugal:
A full review of everything — what's confirmed, what's still open, and what's most likely to cause a problem if we don't address it now. Shortlists for any vendor categories still outstanding. A complete logistics plan built. Planning calls to keep decisions moving and questions answered.
The week of and day of:
I'm there. Venue walkthrough, vendor confirmation, complete timeline — every detail confirmed before the day begins. On your wedding day I manage everything, so you never have to think about a single thing except being the couple.
Investment: $3,100 · 50% to confirm, 50% due 30 days before your wedding.
-
This is coordination — not full wedding planning. You direct the creative vision, and I handle the logistics and execution.
I don't manage your budget, source your décor, or reach out to vendors on your behalf outside of the coordination window.
-
À la carte services solve one problem at a time. This package solves all of them — in sequence, with the same person who knew your wedding from the beginning standing beside you at the end.
Investment $3,100

Monthly Wedding Planning Concierge
Most couples planning a destination wedding in Portugal spend 15–20 hours a month researching vendors they don't know, deadlines they're not sure they have right, and expensive decisions with incomplete information. The Monthly Wedding Planning Concierge gives you a research partner.
-
You're 8–12 months out from your Portugal wedding. You're organized, you have opinions, and you know what you want. You just need a professional thinking partner who can do the research you don't have time for, catch problems before they become expensive, and keep the planning accountable between calls.
-
Month one. A 90 minute intake call covers your vision, timeline, vendor status, and legal path if you're marrying in Portugal. By the end of the month, you'll have a shared planning hub tracking every decision and deadline, and a clear picture of the next three months.
Every month after. Two 45 minute planning calls. WhatsApp access. A researched, vetted vendor shortlist for up to two categories. A written status report so you always know where things stand. One venue scouting day is included.
When you need something specific. Venue research and vendor outreach are available as add-ons at transparent, upfront pricing — nothing gets added to your month without your say.
As your wedding approaches
wedding day coordination is available at the retainer client rate of $1,800 (a meaningful discount from the standalone rate, available exclusively to active retainer clients).$1,100/month. Minimum 3 months. Month-to-month after initial commitment, can cancel with a 30 days notice.
-
Creative direction, décor sourcing, budget management, and vendor outreach are not standard monthly inclusions. Not because I can’t support them, but because this service is designed to keep your wedding vision and involvement in your hands.
Nothing is added without your knowledge or approval. I present options and do the research., but every final decision stays with you!
-
À la carte services solve one problem at one moment in time. The Monthly Concierge is continuous.
I know your wedding, so I catch problems before they happen instead of reacting after. Think of à la carte as an answer, and the Concierge as an ongoing partner.

Who this is for: You've been researching for weeks and still don't have a clear direction, or you just got engaged and have no idea where to begin. Either way, you have the sense that you're missing something important. This is the call that fixes that!
The problem it solves: You don't know what you don't know yet. This session gives you a professional assessment of exactly where you are: what's urgent, what can wait, and what's most likely to cause a problem if you don't address it now.
What you get: A pre-call intake form then 90 minutes going through your full picture—timeline, budget, venue status, vendor gaps, and legal path if you're planning a ceremony in Portugal. A written action plan delivered within 48 hours: what to do first, what's more urgent than you realize, and what to do next.
What’s not included: Ongoing planning support, follow-up calls, vendor research or outreach.
How it differs: You’re not buying a report on a specific venue or vendor—you’re buying clarity on your entire planning picture.
Best if: You’re at any stage of planning a wedding in Portugal and feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to prioritize. The ideal starting point before booking any other service.
-
Who this is for: You've found a venue you love, and you've emailed them and gotten back a brochure. You're about to make one of the most expensive decisions of this entire process without the information you need to make it confidently.
The problem it solves: Venue websites are marketing. They show you the best version of the space on the best day it ever looked. What they don't show you is what past couples actually experienced, what the exclusivity clauses mean for your budget, or what the contract says. This report gives you honest, researched intelligence on a specific venue before you sign anything.
What you get: A summary of what past couples actually experienced. An exclusivity clause breakdown and what it means for your budget and flexibility. Contract red flags identified in plain English. An honest assessment of how the venue communicates with international couples, food and service quality, and whether it's genuinely worth what you're about to commit to it.
What’s not included: An in-person visit (that’s the Venue Scouting Day service), vendor recommendations, ongoing support.
How it differs: Focused entirely on one specific venue you’ve already identified. Not a shortlist. Deep, honest research on the specific property in Portugal you’re considering.
Best if: You have a venue shortlisted and want honest intel before you sign or wire a deposit.
-
Who this is for: You need a photographer, florist, DJ, or hair and makeup artist. You've posted in the Facebook group and gotten twelve names with no context—half won't respond to an international inquiry. You need someone to do the filtering for you.
The problem it solves: Finding vendors in Portugal as an international couple isn't a search problem, it's a knowledge gap. You don't know who has real experience with international couples, who communicates well across time zones, or who's worth the price they're quoting. This report gives you 3–5 vendors already vetted for style, budget fit, English-friendliness, and experience with couples planning from abroad.
What you get: 3–5 vendors in your specified category, vetted for style, pricing, availability, and real experience with international couples. Honest notes on each, direct contact details, and a suggested outreach message so you know exactly what to ask when you reach out.
What’s not included: Vendor outreach on your behalf, ongoing vendor management. Each category is priced separately.
How it differs: Unlike the Venue Intel Report which goes deep on one specific property, this report finds you the best options across a vendor category you haven't explored yet. You start from scratch—I narrow the field.
Best if: You need to find and contact vendors in a specific category and don’t know where to begin or who to trust.
-
Who this is for: You have venues you're seriously considering and can't fly to Portugal to visit them before booking. You're about to commit thousands of dollars based on photos, a brochure, and a Facebook comment. You need someone to go in person.
The problem it solves: Photos are taken on the best day, in the best light. They don't show you how the space feels at the time of day your ceremony would happen, whether the venue is as private as it looks, or whether the team communicates the way you need them to. An in-person visit does.
What you get: A pre-visit call to align on what matters most. A full day visiting up to 3 venues in Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, and surrounding areas — with photo and video documentation. An assessment of each venue covering atmosphere, logistics, value, capacity, and red flags. A 45-minute video debrief delivered within 48 hours of the visit.
What’s not included: Venues beyond 60 mins. from Lisbon without a travel surcharge (confirmed during pre-visit call). Contract negotiation. Ongoing support.
How it differs: This is the only service that requires physical presence in Portugal (available from Sept. 2026). Real eyes on the ground at the specific properties you're considering.
Best if: You’re seriously considering 2-3 specific venues and need an honest in-person assessment before committing.
Investment: $575 for venues in the greater Lisbon area. $675 for Porto, The Algarve, or venues requiring extended travel. Final price confirmed during your pre-visit call.
